Thomson Plumbing & Gasfitting is run by husband & wife team - Andy & Marina Thomson.
When Andy completed his apprenticeship in 1991 he travelled to the UK for his 'OE'. After a few years of travelling & working in Europe Andy decided it was time to set up Thomson Plumbing in the UK. Based in Chelmsford, Essex the business went from strength to strength until after 8 years it was time to return home to New Zealand. Thomson Plumbing was sold to Andy's longtime friend Paul Voller & still trades today.
Returning in 2007 with twin girls & another baby on the way, Andy worked for a local company until it was time to start out on his own again.
Andy is a 'Certifying' plumber & gasfitter (the new term for Craftsman).
